At Rooh-e-Libaas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every outfit is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Faulty or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to share pictures of the product for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refunds

We currently offer exchanges only; cash refunds are not available.

In case the required size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Original delivery charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable.
